The Role: Mandarin Sales Representative (Junior- Senior position)

Responsibilities

– Responsible for communicating with potential customers, delivering effective selling/rental information

– Self-motivated on sales targets and have the ability to close the cases on track and on time.

– Be active in customer service, serve and meet customer requirements, and be able to provide quality solutions.

– Able to keep clear knowledge of housing information and catch up with the changing housing market.

– Activating exploring potential customers and maintaining relationships.

– Establishing strong relationships with existing customers and striving to develop new sales channels and seeking more quality collaborators.

– Performing operations and other relevant tasks in the business.

Requirement

– Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, communications, media, or digital science is preferred

– Mandarin speaker (Essential)

– Strong communication skills,

– 2 years of marketing or sales-related work experience is preferable.

– Self-motivated, responsive, honest, and teamwork.

– Able to get used to the fast-changing work environment.
