Mandarin Speaking Senior Marketing Manager

My client is one of the fast-growing Real Estate company based in London. There are targeting in Chinese clients. It would be an excellent opportunity to join their team with high potential to progress in career.
Responsibility
- You will be responsible for the performance of the marketing team and generate leads for the sales team.
- Marketing performing, budgeting and reporting on a weekly basis and monthly basis and communicate with sales manager and company director.
- Deliver high effective marketing plan with result.
- Responsible for marketing department KPI and ROI
- Cooperate with site developers and other company.
Requirement
- Degree, or equivalent, in Business, Marketing or any related field
- Strong project management skill, capable of taking ownership of campaign projects and see through completion
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills both in Mandarin and English
- Strong team player with commercial awareness and an eye for detail
- Experience in marketing in UK for at least 2 years
