Location: LONDON (100% office-based role during training period). Thereafter HYBRID work

Pay rate £11.77 per hour (this INCLUDES your holiday pay)
permanent salary equivalent £21,840pa & KPI bonuses, 15% Commission and other excellent benefits
Contract type: 3 months as a temp initially with the opportunity to become permanent
Start date: ASAP
Earnings year one: Potential to add £3200 per annum to your base if you meet performance KPI’s
Hours: Monday to Friday 10am till 7pm

The role is project based and you will be specifically tasked with working on a medical and health related anti-smoking campaign. You will be getting insights into consumer trends and will also be promoting products that are smoke-free alternatives to cigarettes
The role: You will provide mainly outbound advice to customers seeking advice on how to move away from cigarette smoking to healthier alternatives .
Duties: Making outbound calls to engaged consumers who are actively looking for alternatives to cigarette smoking
- Advising on smoking alternatives
- Making outbound calls in response to enquires
- You will be full trained on smoke-free products and specific consumers programs that are available
- Making out-bound coaching calls and addressing questions and concerns
- Acting as the first point of contact for consumers
- Use of live chat, phone, email, video and social media to advise and help consumers
- Offer advice and support on their personal journey away from cigarettes
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent English (any languages are useful as long as English is fluent)
- Based in London
- Previous customer services experience
