Retail Store Manager
Fantastic opportunity to work for a Luxury Goods brand in their superb store in the heart of Covent Garden.
We are looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager who will be a true brand ambassador responsible for driving this business unit forward.
You will be effectively managing all aspects of the retail operation of the store.
- Achieve financial objectives for the store-this includes meeting or exceeding store sales goals and ensuring that store expense budgets are met. Communicate sales goals to all store associates and monitor their performance against these goals.
- Demonstrate a strong awareness of the brand objectives and KPIs.
- Analyze store performance using business analytics and implement programmes to enhance store performance.
- Recruit, hire, train, evaluate and support store employees to ensure peak performance and sales efficiency
