Location: Manchester . This is an inhouse role to join the Talent Acquisition Team

Contract type: Temporary work for 7 months on a major international recruitment project

Languages: ANY: English, German, French, Polish, Czech, Italian, Spanish

Salary

Senior Recruiter: Pay Rate: £29.97 – £30.57 Hourly, (to £35.01 inc holiday pay)

(for 4 years + previous Recruitment exp)

Annual salary equivalent : £70,020

Junior Recruiter/candidate manager: Pay Rate: £13.99 – £23.34 Hourly (to £26.73 incl holiday pay)
Annual salary equivalent £53,460

(1-2 years previous recruitment experience)

Annual pay equivalent :

Sourcing quality talent across various geographies
Assess candidate suitability
Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management;
Conducts in-depth interviews
Manage the hiring process offer-to-hire
Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment of talent that is hard-to find
Devise a candidate tracking process.
Post job specs
Help to maximise candidate generation and assessing channel suitability.

Requirements

Fluency in English and in another EU language (German, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Spanish, Italian, French).
5 to 4+ years of recruitment experience
Agency recruitment OR inhouse TA background
