Location: Gibraltar (UK province located near to Spain) or the Isle of Man (in the UK)
Salary BASE salary of £25,000-£26,000 ( + additional relocation package of £4k )
Start date: asap
Relocation package details from China or globally:
- Flight to Gibraltar or Isle of Man ( UK)
- £1k a month for the first 3 months to help with the first 3 months rent (total of additional £3,000 added to your salary )
- £1k towards luggage relocation ( added to you salary)
- Free accommodation for the first 2 weeks in a company flat or hotel
- Support to help find accommodation after 2 weeks

You will start in customer care but there are excellent career opportunities within the company and they regularly promote staff into other roles. This is an excellent start point for a native standard Mandarin speaker to move into a role where there are longer term career prospects and they can perfect their English .
Job details: Full training will be provided
- Provide excellent support to Chinese speaking customers via chat and email.
- Forward and escalate technical issues.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Liaise with the Team Leader to deal with escalated issues or complaints .
- Work with a team to meet call-handling targets
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Requirements
- Native standard Mandarin.
- Any previous customer services experience ( office based)
- Willing to work on shift rotation (5 days/week) including night shift, weekends and public holidays.
