Job Title: Contact Centre Trainee Consultant
Salary: £20,280 per annum (pro rata)
Location: Ringwood, Hampshire
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shifts: On a rota basis:
8.00am to 4.30pm
9.00am to 5.30pm, and
11.30am to 8.00pm

About the role
This is an inbound contact centre role, involving:
- Handling customer orders
- Customer service telephone calls
- Managing emails
- Data entry of coupon orders
- Processing returns
- Participate in other campaigns with amazing digital agencies
