Job Title: French Speaking – Contact Centre Consultant
Salary: £28,745 pro rata
Start Date: ASAP (When training commences you need to be available to do training on site either in London or Ringwood)
Location: 100% Remote working
Hours: 40 hours per week
Operational hours: Night shifts: 10:00pm – 7:00am Opening hours: Monday to Sunday
My client, based in London, is looking for a number of native-level French Speaking – Contact Centre Consultant to join their high performing team.
This is a temp-to-perm position with the aim of the role becoming permanent.
As Contact Centre Consultant you will be the first point of contact to provide customer support for customers and Electric Vehicle points in France and it will be your responsibility to ensure customers get the assistance, they need either by live chat, phone, email, video or social media.
You will be relied upon to proactively engage with customers in a meaningful way, offering extra support in the beginning of their journey regarding their Car charging electrical points and resolving their enquiries over the above channels, ensuring the customers receive excellent Customer Service and their expectations are met.
Responsibilities:
- Gain a good understanding of Consumer needs and provide proactive support early on
- Develop a good knowledge the Products and utilise it to address Consumer needs
- Maintain a good Knowledge of the product’s Consumer Programs
- Gain systems understanding to support our Consumers in an omni-channel way
- Drive a positive Consumer Experience
About you:
- Speak and write French to a Native level and also be fully fluent in English writing and speaking.
- Proactive mindset and flexibility.
- Strong organisations skills
- Breathe great Customer Service and understand how important it is to put the Consumers at the heart of our business and interactions.
- Have excellent communicator skills – essential.
- Have a passion for helping others and an ability to persuade and communicate with people on different levels.
- A logical approach to resolving issues.
- Significant experience of working with Consumers, either face to face or remotely / phone.
- Proficient in computer technology and systems
- Excellent grammar and spelling
- Able to positively influence others
- Great team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills
