Pay rate: £360 per day (PAYE – Inside IR35) + Holiday pay
Location: Hybrid Working (London based office)
Our client is one of the worlds most renowned technology businesses. This is an opportunity to work as part of an innovating team taking part in reshaping online sales and logistics, changing the way to interact with a customer, and building a new, emerging business in shipping to solve some of the biggest logistical opportunities facing the industry.
They are looking for driven, results orientated and customer focused entrepreneurial leaders to support their customers to set up their accounts to start shipping with them. You will be directly responsible for impacting a customer’s first experience of working with their business, working to KPIs that measure customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the on-boarding process in the UK & Italy
- Setting up and managing the on-boarding process as the business scales
- Continually reviewing process improvements and automation to improve productivity.
- Work as the operational customer on-boarding SME across geographies. There are local complexities within each market, and the role needs to work with and influence stakeholders in each market to enact changes.
- Drive process improvements to improve the sales team’s productivity
- Identify and automate customer on-boarding tasks to drive efficiency and scale. Each market segment is unique, and we require a standardised approach to allow us to scale.
- Work cross-functionally in a highly complex area with multiple stakeholders, partnering with Product, Marketing, Commercial, Sales, Customer Programs and Operations to drive change, and influence stakeholders.
- Be able to work with qualitative and quantitative data to dive deep into customer on-boarding performance and use this data to build solutions for improvement.
Requirements
- Experience implementing scalable processes and driving automation or standardisation
- Experience with process improvement process related to new customer on-boarding
- Education to a degree level or equivalent
- Experience in program or project management (Essential)
- Experience owning end to end delivery
- Fluency in Italian (preferred but not essential)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Six Sigma and/or project management
