Location: West London. Hybrid working ( 2 -3 days in the office)
Language Required: Fluent German
Salary: £24,500 + benefits
Hours: Mon – Fri – 8am – 4.30pm
The Company Global medical assistance company that helps military personnel (and the general public) around the world and their families access medical care and assistance wherever they are based. In this role you will be dealing with local hospitals and medical providers that support the business globally and any injured or unwell travellers
Duties
Managing a portfolio of relationships with providers of medical assistance (including hospitals and clinics) around the world
- Take inbound calls, email enquiries or complaints from onsite/on location medical providers globally regarding their role as a Medical Treatment Facility
- Deal with billing enquiries and process claims
- Deal with invoices, reimbursements and reconciliations
- Manage and process all official documentation quickly and efficiently
- Involve the Medical Department for any medical irregularity on invoices or where there is suspected fraud
- Educate the medical providers in use of the online claims’ portal
- Act as a point of contact to medical providers
- Delivery of a top class B2B customer service
- Data management
Requirements
- Fluent German
- Previous customer service experience
