Sales & Customer Service Agent
Location: Canary Wharf
Salary/Rate: £10.00 hour + benefits
Commission: Uncapped commission structure OTE of £5000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 per week on a monthly rota
8am – 8pm Monday to Friday
&
8am – 4pm Saturday to Sunday.
You will be expected to work 2-3 weekend days/month (in return for week day lieu).
About you
- Travel Agent to join the existing team for holiday breaks packages to European customers
- Fluent Dutch or German
- Excellent English language skills
- Customer Service Skills
- Sales Skills
- Inbound calling
About the role:
- Answer to enquire online and over the phone
- Incoming calls
- Generate Holiday bookings and sales
- Answer incoming calls
- Handle service requests in the applications system
- Cancel, modify, and/or confirm visits already sold
- Upsell extended stays
- Assist customers on social media with enquiries about the product and
- Assist customers on website bookings
Key Competencies:
- Dutch speaker
- Excellent English language skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Travel/leisure experience
