Pay rate: £470 to £560 per day + Holiday pay
Expected duration: 9 months
Location: UK based (you must be resident in the UK with a right to work) – Working remotely from the UK is acceptable, or office based in London if preferred

Our client is one of the worlds most renowned On-Demand TV and App Streaming Service Providers. They are looking for a Polish speaking Senior Marketing Manager to help on a big launch and handle high-impact marketing campaigns for high profile local shows in Poland.
The role will focus on building original creative and execute marketing campaigns for the launch of TV shows and will span co-ordination across a wide-range of cross-functional internal teams and external media agencies.

Responsibilities
- Support and guide campaign strategy and planning from title conception to launch
- Partner with a wide range of internal teams (ranging from Operations, Insights, PR and legal) to identify and prioritise needs and ensure immaculate planning.
- Manage blocking issues, provide escalation management, anticipate, and make trade-offs, and meet committed delivery timelines.
- Support creative development and delivery of marketing assets across the company’s owned platforms as well as ATL (Above The Line) paid media channels
- Point of contact for show specific marketing partnerships and integration beyond the core business
- Manage a wide range of external partners (creative agencies, production partners)
- Overall stakeholder management – document strategies and provide periodic updates to internal and external audiences
- Post campaign analysis and reporting
Requirements
- Fluent in Polish to mother tongue standard (essential)
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in leading brand marketing campaigns, ideally for TV productions, big launches within the entertainment field
- Experience of working with local talent in the Polish market, such as actors, TV personalities, or celebrities, and acting as the main point of contact for any issues relating to photo-shoots, escalations etc.
- Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyse data
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
- Ability to think strategically and operationally, delivering the day-to day while defining and leading future direction.
- Experience in quantitative data analysis and critical thinking skills; ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
- Previous experience with creative testing in multiple channels.
