Role: Customer Support Advisor
Expected duration: 3 months temporary (37.5 hrs per week) with a possibility of extending or converting to permanent
Start: Immediate
Location: White City (West London)
Pay rate: £12.50 hour + holiday pay (Equivalent to £24,500 per annum)
Our client is a luxury product manufacturer and wholesaler. They sell and distribute products to retailers in the UK and Europe, as well as selling through their own e-commerce channels.
They are looking to expand their Customer Service team. The team are responsible for ensuring a smooth customer journey from when an order is raised to the point of preparation at the warehouse as well as post-delivery care. The Customer Services role is a pivotal role providing day-to-day support to our UK & EU Retailers, agents and sales teams and working alongside their logistics and operations team. Developing and maintain key relationships with our customers, ensure orders are processed and enquiries are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Helping with the backlog of customer queries
- Contacting each customer individually
- Checking details on the system, including, contact and delivery details
- Inform of back order clean up and confirm customers are happy to take delivery
- Arrange replacements if necessary
- Ensure remaining back-order quantity is consolidated
- Sending out confirmation of consolidation to the customers
Requirements
- Fluency in English to a high standard (This role will service clients in the UK)
- Clear communicator (both spoken and written)
- 1+ years’ experience in a customer facing role
- Proven experience in maintaining a high level of customer service and relationship building
- Passionate about helping customer service and finding solutions
- Flexible team player
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Highly organised with an ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- A confident self-starter, pro-active, positive and supportive with an eagerness to learn
