Title: German speaking Customer Service Representative – 100% office based
Location: Maidenbower – Crawley – UK
Office Based / Mon – Fri

Main Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate customer order fulfilment; deal with all customer enquiries/complaints
- Raise stock replenishment purchase orders, as necessary
- Raise, expedite and chase supplier purchase orders for goods and services
- Process and amend customer sales orders, keeping the customer informed at all times
- Arrange deliveries, transportation and produce relevant shipping documentation
- Book stock into the system
- Produce customer invoices via the system
- Check and confirm supplier invoices for goods and services on the system
- Communicate/follow-up Product Purchase Price List queries with the sales team
- Communicate/follow-up Customer Costing Price List queries with the sales team
- Ensure that data held on Prospect Soft, Exchequer and SAP is correct, communicating all Master Data changes; highlight and follow-up any discrepancies
- Support other business lines within the customer service team in times of absence and high workload
- Keep the Customer Service Manager informed of any potential concerns at all times
- Any other reasonable duties as deemed appropriate by the department manager
Key Skills/Experience:
- Relevant Customer Service Representative experience gained from a similar position ideally within a distribution organisation
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German
- Confident in handling an email heavy activity
- Effective and confident communicator with problem solving skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Work under pressure to deadlines
- Experience working with SAP/Exchequer/CRM or similar
- Competent Microsoft office skillset
