Duration of Contract – 9 Months (May extend become Permanent)
Job summary
One of our biggest clients is looking for a highly qualified, disciplined, and passionate Project Manager on a contract basis. The manager will be actively involved with the mass advertising campaigns and will be work closely with the Campaign Managers and Creative teams and other stakeholders to deliver results. Responsibilities will also include managing omni-channel integrated campaigns across multiple European countries.
You should be able to do well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and be able to help their team navigate and avoid risks throughout the campaigning process. The Project Manager will understand industry best practices, as well as experience with creative marketing workflows and strict timelines.
Responsibilities
- Autonomously formulate and overlook the execution of UK and European based campaigns form start to finish
- Carry out creative reviews and align the campaign and creative teams with the other managers and major stakeholders
- Responsible for project timings, costs (budgets of +1M), meetings, resources, scope, approvals, wash ups etc and functions as the main POC for the project. Determines project risk and over/individualisation on an ongoing basis, escalating issues as needed.
- Negotiate with relevant teams and media agencies to agree on format types and create for all channels.
- Manages translation and localisation of all assets and approved delivery (trafficking) to media owners.
- Proficient in Workfront
- Contribute to the continual improvement of process and supporting tools for project management.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years minimum experience in project management in in-house creative agency or external, working on omni channel campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Production or similar or relevant experience
- Experience managing or working within global cross-functional marketing teams/ creative advertising agencies
- Experience in managing transcreation and localisation across multiple locales and channels including but not exclusive to TV, radio, OLV, digital, press and D/OOH
- Expert knowledge in trafficking campaign assets
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, excellent prioritisation skills
- Familiarity with project management software (Workfront) or similar
- Expert in MS Office applications
- Confident and comfortable with new technology, eager to learn and master new tools
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- European language skills a bonus
- 5+ years’ experience in project management working with an in-house creative agency or external agency, delivering integrated omni channel campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Production or similar or relevant experience
