Pay rate: £95 to £110 (PAYE) + Holiday pay
Overview:
One of our largest clients is hiring for a young, bright, analytical Coordinator to join their team on their audio entertainment platform. The coordinator will be responsible for helping the platform carry out its strategies with various content creators and right owners of audio digital media, manage different products, help your team manage negotiations and deals related to the platform’s content, buying new content and contribute to new innovative ideas.
This will require someone who is detail-orientated, analytical, and preferably has some law and policy related knowledge. High levels of Excel proficiency is also a must for this position, as you will be working with a lot of data.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Content Acquisition and Development team’s customer relationship management requirements, tracking all communications with external partners and helping team ensure relationships are properly prioritised and content opportunities efficiently progressed.
- Support the team in maximising rights exploitation opportunities both internally and externally.
- Coordinate closely with members of the Content Development and Acquisition department, and other areas of Audible, to maintain consistency in external partner communications
- Liaise effectively with production, marketing, legal, finance, etc. during deal structuring/ negotiation phases to ensure agreed terms incorporate the various requirements of internal stakeholders
- Disseminate key information from completed deals amongst internal stakeholders and ensure smooth processing of financial/ legal obligations
- Maintaining flexibility and openness to take on additional projects as per business needs
Requirements
- Educated to a degree level (ideally in a business, law or science related degree)
- Strong project management skills are required along with the ability to work with teams under tight deadlines
- High proficiency in Excel with the ability to extrapolate data.
- Fluency in English to Mother tongue standard
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills — ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts and ideas in a non-technical, simple manner across different levels of an organisation
- Resourceful self-starter with an independent attitude and focus on excellence
- Ability to operate in a high-energy, high-intensity and rapidly evolving environment
