We are looking to take on a motivated Chinese speaking recruitment consultant with a commercial and “consultative” outlook to continue to grow the Chinese business that we do. You will need to be client-service driven, and be happy to develop new business as well as nurture existing relationships
THE JOB
As a Chinese speaking Associate Recruitment Consultant you will need to source Chinese speaking applicants (using WeChat , Linkedin and advertising), develop business from existing clients and also develop new business. The aim is to build very long term relationships with companies looking for Chinese speaking employees.
THE DAY TO DAY INVOLVES
This role involves B2B New Business Development as well as Relationship Management
This is a target driven sales role and you will be fully trained:
B2B New Business Development/Portfolio Management
- Cold calling/Courtesy calling: Driving new business effort: you will be given a curated list of lapsed and new clients to contact and introduce our service
- Attending networking events
- Introducing our recruitment and translation services to international companies.
- You will be working to agreed monthly revenue targets
- Sending staying-in-touch courtesy emails or making calls to existing new clients
- Establishing excellent relationships with clients for the long term, building up a profile of their corporate staffing and language (including translations) requirements
B2C Interviewing
- Interviewing candidates face to face , phone and via video for roles
- Meeting corporate clients at their offices to learn about their requirements
- Taking down detailed job briefs, “matching” candidates to vacancies
- Providing a top notch after-care service to clients and to candidates alike
- Undertaking detailed candidate searches
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience as a Recruiter either in-house or in an agency setting
- A desire to succeed in a caring, client driven, “soft” sales environment
- Degree educated (ideally)
- Fluent Chinese
- Fluent English (native standard)
