Pay rate: £540 – £640 per day (PAYE)

Location: a minimum of 1 day per week (floating day) – Central London Office
Our client is a world leader in TV, On-Demand, and Content entertainment. Their content, apps and engagement team are looking for an experienced Subscriptions Growth Manager to join them.
About the role
This role will be responsible for leading the subscription growth strategy for the App-store on their On-Demand TV/video platform. As a Senior Subscriptions Growth Manager, you will develop and execute campaigns that increase overall awareness, drive subscription growth, and grow customer engagement with video entertainment partners.
You will build integrated marketing strategies to drive growth of third-party entertainment apps and collaborate with product/tech, business development, partners and marketing leadership to identify and best in class customer offers. You will lead the product marketing road map for growth. You will evaluate growth opportunities based on industry trends and internal data and be responsible for the P&L.

A successful candidate will be expected to think and act both strategically and tactically –
1) Developing strategy and execution of annual marketing activities,
2) Creating and approving partner marketing materials, and
3) Ideating and executing ad-hoc, opportunistic marketing programs.
The ideal candidate in this highly visible role will have a proven track record for leading successful subscription and loyalty marketing programs across multiple touch points.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 8+ years of relevant experience in performance marketing, subscription marketing or product marketing related field
- Strong written and verbal communications skills with an innate attention to detail
- Strong project management skills and experience, comfortable managing multiple, time-sensitive competing priorities simultaneously
- Experience in using quantitative and analytical skills to generate insights to inform strategy
- P&L management & business casing
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
- Experience influencing others and delivering results cross-functionally across product development, business development, marketing, and finance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA or Master’s degree in relevant field
- Entertainment industry experience
- SQL/advanced Excel
- Experience with web, mobile and/or subscriptions management
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Entrepreneurial spirit, with a proven track record for developing a vision, defining a strategy, and building programs and features solving complicated problems with elegant, simple solutions
