SALARY : £10.05 per hour ( this Includes your holiday pay which is £1.08) for 12 weeks
CONTRACT TYPE: 12 weeks temp work with the potential to go permanent
LANGUAGE REQUIRED: Fluent English
LOCATION: West London
SECTOR : Fashion head office based role.
HOURS: 3 shifts (8am-4pm, 10am-6pm, or 12noon-8pm) and occasional Saturdays

Direct customer Service
*Liaising with customers over inbound telephone calls, email, live chat and social media contact
*Helping new customers to register online
*Sales administration including liaising with customers re returns, order status and providing general time-line delivery information
*Providing product advice on cut, ” look” and fit
*Deal politely and diplomatically with complaints and escalations
*You will be trained on the in-house software system
*Speaking to the Shipping department to solve issues raised by customers with regard to either late orders or returns
*Undertake customer security checks (calls or emails) deal with accounting enquiries and flag accounting issues raised by customers ( eg fraud)
ESSENTIAL SKILLS /REQUIREMENTS
*Customer care background and a love of fashion!
*Fluent English (clear and well spoken)
*Free to start on the 10th SEPTEMBER
