Job Overview

To provide marketing and administrative support to China Desk team. The role will be varied and assist with the implementation of all aspects of marketing targeted to Chinese market. The sales and marketing executive will be a key contributor to smooth running the department.

Overview of the Position

• Work in close collaboration to support the China team and developments’ Marketing Managers to plan, prepare and implement effective short and long-term digital strategies (as part of multi-channel campaigns) tailored to Chinese market.
• Support developments’ marketing managers to create contents tailored to Chinese market.
• Manage the production and design of high-quality digital marketing materials such as video/photo content to effectively communicate with our Chinese agents/clients to generates leads and support sales.
• Design and produce various high-quality marketing materials by laying out and editing text, formatting and inserting graphic elements, coordinating photography and other printed material while adhering closely to corporate standards in both Chinese and English
• Create and execute PR campaigns and promotions for Chinese market, support estate agents with their advertising marketing and online/offline events both in the UK and overseas.
• Perform market research and determine target audiences for different campaigns
• Regularly report on the marketing strategy success within the current market place, including comparison to competition.
• Assist with the sales progression of secured reservations by the team to exchange of contracts. Ensuring a smooth journey for the customer and the company during the legal process.
• To work as a participative member of the sales team
• To effectively manage all sales administration in order to ensure that correct reporting is provided

Desired experience/ skills for the role:

• Proficient in Adobe CS Suite design software such as InDesign, Photoshop and illustrator are essential.
• Bachelor’s/Master degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Technologies, or another associated industry (not essential)
• Minimum one year of demonstrated experience in digital marketing jobs or the Digital Marketing Executive position
• Ability to shoot and edit high quality videos of our developments and show apartments focusing on the quality of the product, area and key USP’s (not essential but we would like them to learn how to do this)
• Solid written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English
• Strategic thinking and analytical mind set
• Ability to prioritise, handle multiple projects simultaneously and work to deadlines
• Team player with strong communication skills
