Internal Communications Editor
Role: Editor (Multimedia)
Pay rate: £150 – £225 per day (depending on experience)

Location: Hybrid (Central London based Office)

Our client is looking for a skilled writer to join our growing Internal Communications team for Europe. The right candidate will join a new team of UK-based content creators telling compelling stories for and about our European front-line employees who fulfil orders and deliver smiles for customers every day.
The person in this role will prioritise telling people-first stories that spotlight our hard-working and diverse workforce. Their storytelling helps to keep associates informed, entertained, and feeling appreciated.

- You have a passion for storytelling and driving culture through clear, compelling, concise writing, and multi-channel execution. You can turn raw ideas, random observations, and your own curiosity into cohesive narratives.
* You are innately curious, showcasing an ability to unearth and write human stories that establish emotional connections between employees and the company, and with each other.
* You write irresistibly clickable headlines, paying particular attention to this part of your craft.
* You have a strong knowledge of English grammar, usage, and AP Style, and can flawlessly apply their rules and guidelines to your writing.Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Communications or a combination of commensurate experience.
* 5-7 years of experience in a copywriting role for a media outlet, brand, or organisation.
Preferred qualifications
* Experience as a writer focused on internal/employee communications, executing a specific written tone of voice.
* Demonstrated success managing multiple deliverables at one time to meet aggressive deadlines.
* Experience contributing to editorial strategy and execution working with cross-functional teams.
* Knowledge and experience with multiple forms of content creation, including video and infographics, and in varied channels, including social media platforms.
* Experience working virtually with teams around the globe, as well as external partners.
