Job: Audience Development Executive
Sector: Events and conferences (Cyber security, risk, compliance)
Salary: £12 per hour + Holiday Pay + Discretionary performance based commission depending on set KPIs
Job type: Temporary – with prospect to lead to a permanent contract
Working hours: Monday – Friday 9.00 AM – 5.30 PM(1 hour lunch)
Expected duration: Full time temp with a possibility to convert to permanent
Location: Office based role (may offer some flexibility for hybrid working after probationary period) – office location is in Central London.
Note: All applicants must be UK based (Ideally in London) with an existing right to work
Our client is a B2B media company which organise conferences predominantly within security and risk , but also cover other industries. We are looking for motivated people who can research and confirm registrations for their European conferences.
You will be developing the database for the conference by finding the most suitable contacts.
Key responsibilities:
- Outbound calls to delegates
- Working on your daily and weekly KPI’s
- Working together with other teams to extend the database
- Report business on a weekly and monthly basis
- Helping with delegate questions and up sell other seminars where possible
You are:
- Fluent in English to a high standard, spoken and written (Essential)
- Additional EU languages would be a bonus but not essential (Preference for German)
- You are experienced in lead research and sales
- You have previous delegate sales, events sales or telemarketing experience (Highly Desirable)
- You have a track record of successful results
- You have great communication and relationship building skills
- You are costumer focused
- You are both a team player and able to work individually
- You can meet deadlines
- You are great with Microsoft Office
