Salary: up to £28,500 depending on experience

Company:
Non-profit global supplier and centralised purchasing office for the buying of food across the hospitality sector. This ranges from purchasing ovens and food ingredients to training courses and you will be involved in most aspects of the supply chain. Your clients are franchised restaurant owners who will purchase from your centralised buying hub where they can make savings.
Languages needed Fluency in German and Dutch
Summary of the role: To provide an excellent customer service to support Franchisees and our internal teams.
Duties:
- Logging and resolving all incoming enquiries (via email, telephone, or relevant systems) to the Support Desk
- Reporting any trend information escalated within the Support Desk system
- Responding to Franchisees, store staff and their customers in an appropriate and timely manner to find an amicable resolution, whilst always maintaining an excellent customer service ethic
- Monitor product escalations from within the Support Desk system and access the system(s) each business day to ensure that any open tasks are acknowledged/updated/resolved
- Take responsibility for the identification of any evident complaint trends
- Facilitate and administer system updates to franchisee store changes where necessary e.g., store transfers, careers website
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch and German
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ideally have a knowledge of a franchisee or similar environment
