Customer Service – English
About the role:
This is a B2C role for an amazing luxury brand that sells its unique designs to high-end market (such as Selfridges & Harrods) and online throughout the UK, Europe and internationally.
As Customer Service Advisor it is essential to this role to understand the customer needs and to deliver Customer Satisfaction. Fully supported by training and by the Website Customer Service Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
- Taking orders and payments over the phone and by email
- Ensuring stock availability
- Customer relationship management
- Answering product queries
- Dealing with complaints
- Updating sales and customer records
- Answering customer queries and complaints
- To ensure orders are packed and delivered on time
- Coordinating with Royal Mail
- Issuing refunds
About you:
