TITLE: Dutch/English speaking Regulatory Officer
Level: Mid-Senior appointment based within the legal and compliance team

Salary: Up to £55,000 GBP + 10% bonus and fantastic benefits

They are now looking for an experienced Regulatory Officer to help them grow. You will be provided with continuous mentoring and professional training and will have the opportunity to develop Licence skills.
Duties
Working within the ever-changing legal environment that surrounds gambling and online sports entertainment, you will work alongside the Senior Compliance Officer, Regulatory Manager and Chief Compliance Officer:
*REGULATION: Understand the legal environment surrounding gambling
*Manage regulatory projects. Plan, design and implement new projects and monitor and review existing regulatory procedures
*INTERNAL: relationship management of internal stakeholders across various nationalities and levels of seniority
*EXTERNAL relationship management of external strategic partnerships (eg local government officials and public authorities as well as commercial partners)
*Keep a record of all internal and external communications
*RISK MANAGEMENT ASSESSMENT: Undertake risk management evaluations and classification of potential business exposure;
*Identify areas for procedural improvement and drive these through
*REPORTING : draft written legal reports for circulation to public & private bodies
*LEGAL KNOWLEDGE: Keep updated on legislative and commercial developments at regional and global level. Ensure compliance
*Ensure new product releases are compliant with local regulation
Requirements
*Fluent Dutch
*Previous online business sector experience
*Knowledge of EU law within an international business context. Drafting and written legal advocacy skills
*Experienced managing stakeholder relationships
