Location: 100% REMOTE (with 1x a month to meet the team which is located in Covent Garden in London )

You will act as the main point of contact, providing world-class customer service and genuine consultative support to donating organisations. The role is 100% remote but you will need to meet your colleagues on a once a month basis in London
Language: Fluent French
Duties: You will be working largely in English , but your French will need to be fluent to work with charities in France and Switzerland too.
- Nurture and manage a key accounts client portfolio, managing client expectations and service requirements.
- Build strong, collaborative long-term working relationships at executive level
- Communicate data-driven recommendations and industry best practices
- Assist donors and fundraisers (individuals and teams) to support their chosen charities in France, Switzerland and the UK
- Help the charities, event organisers and corporate teams achieve fundraising success
- Ensure that the donor client understands technical processes by using straight-forward language to communicate with a largely non-technical audience
- Work in harmony with internal teams on monthly deliverables.
- Keep up to date on industry trends
- Stay in constant close contact with clients .
Requirements
- Fluent FRENCH
- Degree educated
- Previous B2B experience gained in a technology environment
- Previous Account Management experience or Customer Success
