This is a brilliant and unusual opportunity for a fluent ENGLISH speaking sales person who loves skiing to work in international property sales. This company builds the most beautiful chalet holiday homes in the Alps area and also in the S of France and sells them to a very discerning group of high-net-worth buyers. Homes in the Alps area are always in demand where there is great tourist infrastructure, ski schools, restaurants, hotels and transportation links.

The role

This is a Real Estate SALES role working in luxury property sector:
*Liaising with the sales team internationally and in the UK on a daily basis
*Producing a newsletter informing prospective buyers of new available properties that have come onto the market
*You will be advertising newly built properties via social media to promote the property
*Staying in close contact with individual potential buyers, getting to know and understand their personal requirements, developing rapport
*Staying up-dated with the investment opportunities that certain properties represent ( such as for buy-to-let), ski chalets, property prices and suitability of properties as holiday homes
*Liaising with mortgage companies in the UK and overseas
*Managing the sales process: negotiating prices, exchange dates and completion time tables
*Working to sales targets, cold calling and prospecting for new leads
This is a lengthy sales process and a consultative sales person is required with outstanding customer care skills and proven sales experience
