DUTIES
This is a B2B role: You will managing an existing portfolio of secondary schools across Malaysia and liaising with secondary schools , Head Teachers, Heads of Departments and school governors as well as developing new business
New Business Development:
- Make 10-15 outbound calls per day to schools across Malaysia who may be interested in new ways of learning via technology
- Attending international trade shows where you will meet new and current clients
- Politely follow up of all new sales leads and prospects that you have met at trade fairs and events
- Putting together Webinars and online demonstrations. Follow-up
- Presenting the learning aides and new product to via video conferencing
- Producing price quotations
Existing Relationship Management
- Nurture existing relationships with schools across Asia
- Liaising with existing clients to check they are happy and ensure that they are making best use of the teaching technology
- Organising subscription renewals
- Create, develop, and manage a network of channel partnerships and collaboration resellers
- Build on existing customer relationships and create referrals from existing customer’s base
- Ensuring that schools are happy with the service
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous sales/Business Development experience
- Fluent English, Malay, Cantonese + Mandarin
- EdTech experience ideally
- Based in Malaysia
