This is a lovely (and rare) 100% REMOTE role for an FRENCH Key Account Manager within the Charitable , fund-raising and Non-profit sector . This is very much a nurturing and consultative role in which you will support existing clients -but also upselling and cross selling – new methods of reaching donors in order to ensure that charitable clients get the best of the online technology (and the service) that they have already purchased. The role is 100% remote but you will need to meet your colleagues on a once a month basis in London
Language: Fluent French
Duties: You will be working largely in English , but your French will need to be fluent to work with charities in France and Switzerland too.
- Nurture and manage a portfolio of charities and donors
- Acting as the first point of contact with charities , managing client expectations
- Upselling and cross selling of services that will help make fundraising more effective and enable better ROI
- Build strong, collaborative B2B long-term working relationships at executive level
- Communicate with donors and provide them with data-driven recommendations and with not-for-profit industry best practices
- Assist B2C donors and B2B organisations with new technology solutions that will support their chosen charities in France, Switzerland and the UK
- Pr-actively help the charities, event organisers and corporate teams achieve measurable fundraising success using technology as a support tool
- Work in harmony with internal teams on monthly fundraising deliverables.
- Keep up to date on the Charity, philanthropy and not-for -profit industry trends
- Stay in constant close contact with clients .
Requirements
- Fluent FRENCH
- Degree educated
- Previous B2B experience
- A background in the charitable or non-profit sector
