Chinese Treasury Analyst

Title: Mandarin Chinese TREASURY/PAYMENTS ANALYST

Salary: £27,000-£36,000

The Company : Lovely role within a Global INTERNATIONAL BANK where you will be using your Mandarin on a daily basis. The business is expanding fast within Asia and as such there are good career opportunities and genuine earnings potential for the right person and the role is truly bilingual.

The role: Ideally you will be a graduate with 2-3 years post-graduation experience and you will be responsible for daily preparation and journal booking of the treasury function . Additional training and mentoring will be provided

• Daily bank reconciliation, cash flow planning & SAP booking of all payments
• Compliance responsibilities
• Contracts review, including freight, storage, commission etc
• Co-ordinate Trade finance related cargo payment/receivables to be supplemented with confirmed value date, financing agreement, and other documentation such as LC copy, LC amendment, LC charge or financial calculation and payment swift
• Handle payment issues with bank and counterparties and internal departments queries
• Follow up on non-receipt of freight and other receivable items

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree educated
• Fluent Mandarin
• Finance , settlements or Treasury experience
