Dutch Consumer Relations Representative
Language: Written and oral fluency in Dutch and English
Location: Hybrid & Flexible Working Environment
Working Hours: 8am – 8pm Monday – Sunday.
Standard Office hours are between 8am-8pm Monday to Friday,
8am-4pm Saturday and 9am-4pm Sunday.
Hours each week will outlined in a monthly rota.
You will be expected to work 2-3 weekend days p month (in return for week day lieu).
Salary: £20,000 pro rata
Commission: Uncapped commission structure rewarded for sales results, paid out monthly.
On target earnings of £5000 per annum
Contract Type: 4 months FTC

About the role:
- Friendly Customer service brand ambassador to communicate with customers via telephone, email, web chat and social media.
- Danish specialist to advise on current trends and local knowledge
- Work closely with Customer Resolution team to ensure order completion
- Analysing consumer feedback to cultivate process improvements to improve the consumer experience processes.
