Salary : Between £30,000-£35,000 + generous uncapped bonus’s ( average in year one is around £25,000, making total comp in year one circa £60K+)

They are looking for two highly motivated graduates who are looking to make a first strategic move into broking and trading . You need to be very keen to get into this sector and have some previous sales experience ( gained as a student ) and be happy to join this highly entrepreneurial team with deep pockets and unlimited ambitions. You will be provided with full training and with a Sales Manager who will help and coach you and for whom you will learn and help to manage their portfolio of 20-30 established clients

This is the fast-moving area of FX, Stock, Futures and Equities trading .

Duties

Working within the OTC ( over the counter) financial markets you will:

• Be given curated lists of ” warm ” leads to follow up and call
• Training will be provided on all the financial products that you will promote
• Liaise with a Sales Manager to establish realistic business development targets
• Create and develop your own broker contacts
• Develop your client portfolio
• Attend trade fairs and pick up new leads
• Courtesy call clients to assess satisfaction levels of customer service
• Pitch to new clients
• Research the competition , people and products
• Create a business sales pipeline of international investors with £50k+ to trade
• Link up with a Broker network and other money managers in order to establish solid referral systems

Requirements

• Demonstrable interest in Financial Sales
• Previous sales and cold calling experience
• English to native standard ( additional languages such as Arabic or Chinese are helpful)
• Happy to study for qualifications such as IAD ( Investment Advice Diploma) , CFA, PMP or IOC
