Job Title: French Speaking Customer Service Co-ordinator (12months FTC)
Salary: £23-28k dependent on experience
Duration: 12 months FTC
Working Hours: Mon – Thurs (8.30am – 5pm) & Fridays (8.30 – 4.45pm)
Location Staffordshire – this role is 100% office based
Sector Inhouse with a well-known manufacturing company with a franchise structure
The role
To provide an effective external and internal communication, relationship and administration support service to export Franchisees and all other customer groups.
Duties
Customer Service –
- Answer incoming calls and emails from French franchisees and export customers
- Handle all orders through the French order portal, and liaise with their hauliers and complete all associated documentation
- Provide order entry support to all export markets,
- Complete invoicing, credit notes, requisitions and month end procedures
- Provide franchisee and customer product feedback to relevant departments where required
- Provide assistance with French travel arrangements
Social Media –
- Sustain the information on the franchisees local website pages
- Maintain regular and open communication with the franchisee network
- Manage company communication to franchisees via a weekly e-newsletter and engage with customers on a monthly basis via e-newsletter.
- Provide assistance to the translation and internal support function
Requirements
- Fluent French speaker
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a B2B customer service environment
- Knowledge / experience of using social media channel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
