Lovely bilingual customer care role where you will be able to work from home 3 days a week. This is not a call centre so you can really take your time to answer queries and find solutions to customer queries ( they are mainly restaurants). TITLE : SWEDISH Customer Support Services Assistant ( Hospitality sector)
Location: Hybrid work ( 2 days in the office. 3 days wfh)
Nearest Train station: High Wycombe station
Contract Type: Permanent role
Language needed: Fluent SWEDISH
Salary : c£31,000
(made up of c £28,500pa + fixed 10% bonus. There are additional benefits)

Duties:
- Use of Swedish and English daily both written (email) and spoken
- Logging enquiries
- Dealing with restaurant queries
- Advising of administrative, training or general support that is available to help them in the running of the business
- Coordinating staff training dates
- Liaising with external suppliers including food, beverage and packaging suppliers, suppliers of food and all high value catering related equipment such as ovens, etc .
- Writing supplier reports in Swedish
- Liaising with customers holding loyalty cards
Requirements
- Ability to speak fluent Swedish
- Experience of a high-pressure customer services role in the past (hotels, call centres or other)
