Marketing Project Manager (Digital Content)
Job Title: Content Marketing Manager (Digital)
Pay: £400 to £475 per day
Duration: 6 months contract (may extend)

One of our largest clients, a global tech business, is looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join their cloud-based services platform team. This role requires strong B2B and B2C experience with a high level of comfort managing as well as generating leads to drive growth and deliverables. Community management and customer engagement are key skills required for this role.
A key focus of this role is interacting and engaging with small and medium sized businesses (SMEs). The successful candidate will work closely with SME Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop market messaging, collateral, and campaigns to drive the client’s customer acquisition. Community members will need to be integrated into the community benefit offering (Ask an Expert, Events and Webinars, Offerings, and on-demand content) This will also include an “Events in a box” that can be used to drive partner campaign activation
- Utilise the global customer story mechanism to build out a series of fireside chats for different markets and regions and add to the “Learn from Peer” on-demand series.
- Partner with the global SME team to build marketing collateral and benefit offering for a scalable “multiplier-in-a-box” approach. Work with in-market leads to execute and build a mechanism for tracking engagement and performance against marketing and sales KPIs.
- Manage content & offer upload to the Connected Community. Write catchy summaries and descriptions for on-demand content (English only).
- Create thumbnails for media, update existing media and offers with fresh copy/thumbnails, update trackers.
- Data and reporting- assist with regular reporting cadence and data collection. Build reports with key data per audience and share on a regular basis
- Assist with paid media campaign execution by collaborating in the campaign asset creation and review, copy and messaging calendar build and TRK code creation
Requirements
- 4-6 years marketing experience with a solid foundation in the fundamentals of marketing; strong focus on digital but will need to think from an integrated perspective
- Experience with managing digital content production projects
- Experience writing strong marketing briefs and managing agencies to ensure delivery of quality marketing assets.
- Experience with membership programs and building out community engagement (Highly desirable
- Thrives in a data-driven approach to marketing with the ability to make fact-based decisions and work proactively with others drive change/improvement
- Program/Marketing Project management skills- can build templates and frameworks to create and manage scalable processes.
- Partnership management experience; adept at building relationships and “selling-in” a program to obtain participation from target Partner list (B2B AND B2C)
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with Cloud/SaaS ecosystem
- Experience with Marketo, Salesforce and other marketing automation teams
