This is a client facing administrative role in which you will work for this international Training Organisation where you will help Consultants deliver their training ,. The role is a B2B position and will expand as you become more confident and where you will have direct client contact to ensure that all training runs smoothly and that clients keep coming back . You will need refined client care skills and genuine ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously . The company is Scandinavian and takes good care of both its clients and its own staff . SALARY: to£42,000
Company : International training consultancy which has been growing at 18% per annum for the last 4 years with projected growth of doubling by 2026. 75 staff and Uk and Scandinavian offices. This is a lovely role in which you will be working largely autonomously for the small London office. You will be trusted with the work and the role will evolve and change over time as you develop excellent relationships with your clients . This role is to initially cover enhanced maternity leave and it is projected that there will be a permanent role in 18 months as the company is growing quickly .
SUMMARY
THIS role as an administrator and Project Manager is a key administrative client facing role in a growing international HR related Consultancy in the coordination of medium and large-scale international leadership and management development programmes. This role can develop and needs excellent client facing key account management skills in order to ” facilitate” the smooth running of all training courses
Key Administrative and client relationship management tasks:
- You will be supporting a small team of consultants and will be working on confidential projects
- Liaising with all external contacts, including business psychologists, and HR professionals, freelancers and private individuals who have purchased courses
- All administrative, logistics and organizational tasks required to ensure the smooth running of courses
- Organizing and co-ordinating the delivery of programme materials internationally and nationally
- Issuing invoices to the client and checking the invoices submitted by the freelance team
- Attending occasional off-site client meetings together with a trainer
- Proactive contact with clients on a regular basis
- This role involves genuine high-level face to face, telephone and email contact with clients B2B and B2C as well as suppliers
- Preparation of proposals, presentations and contracts ( MS Word)
- Some occasional international travel involved in this role ( to Scandinavia)
REQUIREMENTS
- Exposure in a professional services, Consultancy or a corporate environment
- Numerate and comfortable with spreadsheets and figures
- Graduate calibre with 2-3 years’ experience of work in a corporate environment
- Fluent English
