The role

Working in a dedicated team you will

• Liaise with scientists and researchers globally
• Manage a portfolio of existing accounts and provide an outstanding level of customer support.
• Support key accounts with any legal and other product or service -related queries.
• Provide sales admin back-up.
• Introduce/upsell and cross sell functionalities that support the clients research goals
• Onboard new clients onto the software platform
• Work closely with the Sales Managers, partners abroad and IT engineering teams.
• Manage every aspect of the sales process.
• Send out follow up information

Requirements

• Fluent French and English
• You must have a relevant Visa that will allow you to live /work in Paris
• Tech background (hardware, systems & networks, software development, IT security etc)
• A demonstrable interest in science
• Previous success in technical sales support
