Office location: Northwest London (Office based for 3 months, then moving to 3 days in the office and 2 from home
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £27,000 to £32,000 depending on experience + Excellent Benefits

This is one of the fastest-growing companies in the E-Commerce sector with a portfolio of products ranging across appliances, health and beauty, and sports. They sell their products through multi-channel retail platforms such as Amazon, eBay and their own platforms, and operate across global territories. Due to their ever-expanding customer base from all around the world, they are now looking for a highly talented Performance Marketing Executive.
There is rarely a typical day. Given their rapid expansion there are constantly new challenges to overcome. You will be working closely with an enthusiastic and talented team as part of a growing Marketplace department. Your focus will be on Dutch sales channels.
Responsibilities
- Data analysis to identify sales trends and implementing strategies to maximise performance
- Hitting sales targets while optimising the bottom line in a highly competitive environment
- Creating, managing, and optimising Amazon PPC advertising campaigns
- Writing copy for new product listings specifically for the Dutch market
- Conducting competitor analysis, understanding market dynamics to define pricing strategy
- Briefing the design team to create/enhance images and content
- Managing special offers, sales and major deal campaigns including Prime Day and Black Friday
- Account management of other marketplaces like eBay, Mano Mano and the opportunity to drive our expansion onto new marketplaces
Requirements
- A fluent Dutch speaker who has excellent written communication skills in both Dutch and English and has a good understanding of French culture and shopping behaviour
- 1-2 years’ experience in performance marketing within e-commerce or online marketplace
- Commercial mindset, and ability to make recommendations based on product sales data, content, and keywords to positively impact product sales performance online
- Capable of analysing and interpreting data, identifying trends or inefficiencies to achieve effective results in a fast-paced and competitive environment
- Highly proficient on Microsoft Excel to deal with and process large data sets to achieve the above
- Commercially aware to drive revenue, improve profit and hit KPIs
- Passionate about e-commerce and selling online with a keen eye for detail to improve the customer journey and write comprehensive content for product pages
- Keen on optimising and improving existing business processes and product performance
- Able to think creatively to find solutions, prioritise workload and is self-motivated
- Extremely organised with effective time management to work autonomously and has excellent attention to detail when it comes to data analysis and content writing
