The Role:
As a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide support to automotive dealerships in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria in German. You will serve as a frontline representative of the company and must demonstrate excellent customer service with every interaction.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming phone and email enquiries in a timely manner and in accordance with SLA agreements.
- Log customer queries and issues using our call logging software.
- Maintain external and internal SLAs.
- Conduct data analysis and publish financial business reporting.
- Ensure that customer service requirements are met in accordance with SLA agreements.
- Control user registration and access to the service.
Skills:
- Effective communication skills in native-level German.
- Previous experience working in a customer care role.
