Account Manager, Luxury Travel, Italian/French/German/Spanish

This role is working for an exceptionally successful organisation that provides its top end clients with some of the Mediterranean’s most luxurious villas. You will concentrate on Account Management of its European clients.Duties will include:
* Working towards meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Striving to improve sales conversion percentage
* Responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with new and established clients and for ensuring all interactions are within the brand essence/brand document. Working to nurture relationships to ensure that clients book again.
* Collecting all relevant information from clients to ensure that the product we offer matches their requirements
* Ensuring that all relevant information about each booking/particular group is accurately and completely recorded on our system to ensure smooth information flow between teams
* Ensuring that your product knowledge is constantly kept up to date. This knowledge includes the villas themselves, the services and the areas in which they are located.
* Ensuring that all booking details, including clients’ contact details, are recorded on the notes to owners before passing the bookings to the Pre-Departure team
* Helping the Local Managers with any questions they might have about the booking in order to ensure they are able to assist the clients in the best possible way during their stay
* Requesting information from the Finance team regarding payments/exchange rates
Successful candidates will speak, read and write English and Itlian or Spanish or German or French fluently and have a minimum of 1-2 years Account Management or client servicing experience.
