Location: London, Hybrid (3x onsite, 2x wfh)
Day Rate – £400 to £475/day (PAYE, Inside IR35 with opportunity to become perm)
Expected duration: 9 Months Contract (May extend)

Our client is on the hunt for a talented Trade PR and Marketing manager with a strong e-commerce supply chain and customer engagement knowledge. The team is within the e-commerce delivery and logistics project, building a new emerging business in shipping to solve some of the world’s biggest logistics opportunities.
The successful Trade PR and Marketing Manager will be responsible for building communication and marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty as well as improve customer experience on the website. The right candidate will work directly with the Brand & Content Marketing Manager, working with cross-functional teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Define the strategy and manage the execution of communications programs to improve the shipper experience. This includes analysing and defining key objectives, messages and channels, to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of initiatives.
· Create high-quality, engaging communications and copy for customers across a variety of channels, including emails, FAQs, Help pages, newsletters, videos, websites, announcements, and others.
· Build and execute email campaigns in Pardot, measuring their effectiveness to enable future enhancements.
· Create and maintain communications toolkits, processes, templates, and messaging for global stakeholder teams.
· Propose, execute, and scale new ways of creating and distributing communications, including identify and driving process improvements.
· Develop, track and report metrics on the effectiveness of communications, as well as continually monitor, analyse, and tune messaging to maximise impact.
· The projects will involve working with – Own customer communications calendar and execution.
REQUIREMENT:
· Flexible and thrives in a fast-paced environment and able to think strategically with attention to detail.
· At least 4 years creative work experience in an e-Commerce landscape with a portfolio in Corporate Communication and Marketing.
· Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, or PR.
· Prolific in English (Other European languages is a plus)
· Experience working with marketing tools including email, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.
· Experienced in Email marketing using Pardot/Salesforce and onsite campaigns using Pendo. Potential on smaller organic social campaigns.
