Salary – £225 to £285/day (PAYE – 6 months contract)

Our client is looking for the next Digital Data Insight Manager with 5 years relevant market research experience across a range of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to join their EU Insight team in Cross Channel Marketing.
The successful Digital Data Insight Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth running of consumer research and insight projects across Europe, working directly with internal stakeholders and external research agency partners in the US.
The EU Digital Data Insight team’s purpose is to generate insights, build insight knowledge, develop insight influence and to use these activities to identify value and to demonstrably drive change.
The primary focus for this role is to successfully manage and deliver research programs for the team in the EU and key stakeholders in the US and requires a strong understanding of research (qualitative and quantitative), data analysis and an ability to effectively communicate insights.
The candidate will be a research expert who is highly ambitious and driven to achieve the best standards of work. To be successful in this role, they will be able to act as a subject matter expert and advise our stakeholders on how studies can be conducted, and how the results can be used to grow the business. They will thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced universal landscape and will be an expert juggler of exciting tasks, being able to manage multiple end-to-end insight projects.

They will have strong previous experience in an agency or client-side role and will be familiar with the design, management and delivery of qualitative, quantitative and multi-method projects. They may have a strength in one over the other, but should be literate and interested in both Qualitative and Quantitative
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- a minimum of 5 years experience in managing market research projects – from defining strategy, executing, and working with research agencies, to presenting findings to internal stakeholders.
- Capable of managing projects across a range of methodologies, incorporating questionnaire design, methodology, data analysis/weighting and reporting.
- Able to produce actionable research designs and methods derived from business problems.
- Implement bespoke qualitative and quantitative research projects in response to requests from in-house stakeholders to drive and support the organisational goals.
- To gain understanding of customer derived from the bespoke research and in doing so, provide adequate information and proposition development that would help partner businesses.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Qualifications (e.g. Bachelor’s degree) in one of the following areas: Business, Market Research, Social Sciences, Communications, Psychology, Marketing Communications, Anthropology, Sociology, etc.
- European language skills a bonus, but not essential. Excellent in English both written and speech.
