Excellent role for an ANALYST/PROJECT MANAGER within a Centre of Excellence for procurement. In this role you will provide support to the Head of the Centre of Excellence to build capabilities & embed best practices across this hospitality business. The role is mainly wfh ( 3 days a week ) with 2 days in the office. You will join a new Centre of Excellence (CoE) team which is entrepreneurial and is creating roadmaps across the business in order to achieve best in class in every area. You will create roadmaps in the projects that you manage in order to achieve this. The company is future-proofing its businesses alongside expanding fast . In this role you will provide support to the Head of the Centre of Excellence to build capabilities & embed best practices across the business. You will join a new Centre of Excellence (CoE) team which is entrepreneurial and is consistently looking externally to ensure that the organisation communicated very clearly what “best in class” represents and that there is a viable roadmap to achieve this.

THE ROLE
You will be responsible for facilitating groups -through process mapping, root cause analysis, brainstorming, business impact assessments, gap analysis and project planning -to drive strategic transformation projects and best practices. You will work on several key “change projects” simultaneously
DUTIES
- Project management in driving strategic transformation projects
- Liaising across the organisation to encourage ” best practice”
- Implement metrics to monitor performance
- Work on projects to generate operational and financial savings
- Maintain a library of information
- Help each department create a roadmap to work towards
- Assist in unblocking issues and creating knowledge
- Supporting the Centre of Excellence with the annual benchmarking review on time
REQUIREMENTS
- Project management experience
- Procurement
- Solid background of working in a team that delivers continuous improvement projects and programmes
Ideally a hospitality or food or related sector experience ( not essential
