Mandarin speaking HR manager

TITLE: HR manager (onsite working)
Contract: Permanent
Working hours: 9am to 6pm with 1 hour break
Salary: £35,000 to £60,000 (Depending on experience)
Location: Central London

The role
- HR and Administration budget management
- Headcount planning/Recruitment
- Management of the company’s Skilled Worker Sponsorship license
- Management of salary and company / compensation benefits
- Prepare and review HR policies and procedures
- Oversee and develop performance plans, monitor and evaluate workforce performance
- Manage training programme
Experience
- At least 2 years experience within an HR environment in UK (essential)
Skills
- Fluent in both oral and written English and Chinese (required)
- Have in-depth knowledge in UK labour / Employment law
- Have experiences in budget planning & recruitment
- Have experience for the application of the sponsorship visa process (desired)
- Holding a degree of Human Resources Management or equivalent
