Tax Accountant/Manager

EXCEPTIONAL opportunity to join an “established” tech start up and e-commerce platform based in Dublin, Ireland. You will join a large-scale International E-Commerce business that is scaling up fast and is looking for an ambitious and talented TAX ACCOUNTANT/MANAGER to help with their planned expansion. The company is already well established in the USA and is planning to conquer Europe.

Title: Tax ACCOUNTANT/Manager (Any Language)

Location: Central Dublin (Fully onsite)

Languages: Fluent English ( other languages are always useful but not essential)

Salary: €60,000 – €90,000 (Depending on experience)

Contract: Permanent

Job Responsibilities:

• Identifying tax issues specific to Ireland in relation to new business initiatives
• Supervising compliance with VAT regulations, corporate income tax returns, and other necessary filings
• Providing comprehensive tax reporting guidance
• Conducting research on transaction tax laws and regulations to ensure adherence to requirements
• Assisting in managing internal and external tax inquiries and tax audits
• Conducting research and analysis on tax planning concepts
• Staying up-to-date with changes in local accounting and tax legislation

Preferred Qualifications/Experience

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
• 3+ years of EU tax experience with either a public accounting firm or a multinational corporation
• Ideally Big-4 public accounting firm experience
