Salary: Up to £32,000
Working Hours: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
Contract Type: Full-time, in-office (5 days a week) – hybrid working available after training (1 day at home)

Role Summary:
As an Accounts Assistant, your primary focus will be on bookkeeping and accounts support within the Finance team. You will work closely with the Finance Manager, acting as the main point of contact for financial matters. This role offers a variety of responsibilities and an opportunity to contribute to the success of our business.
Key Duties:
- Manage credit control activities.
- Process daily payments efficiently
- Handle email correspondence effectively
- Engage in inbound and outbound telephone work professionally
- Serve as the first point of contact for the company
- Assist with ad hoc administrative duties, including filing, scanning, faxing, and taking minutes
- Verify and validate information accurately
- Input data into relevant systems promptly
- Generate invoices in a timely manner
- Reconcile credit card transactions diligently
- Utilize your bookkeeping experience to support financial operations
- Process invoices while reconciling delivery notes with received invoices and purchase orders
Requirements:
- Previous experience in bookkeeping is essential.
- Ability to work within monthly deadlines and maintain high attention to detail
- Proficiency in software packages such as Excel and XERO
