You will join a large-scale International E-Commerce business that is scaling up fast and is looking for an ambitious and talented LEGAL COUNSEL to help with their planned expansion. The company is already well established in the USA and is planning to conquer Europe.

As a Legal Counsel, you will play a vital role as a core member of our EU legal team, providing expert counsel and support across multiple key legal disciplines.

Responsibilities:

• Offer counsel on one or multiple major legal disciplines, such as intellectual property, consumer law, trade regulations, privacy, employment, and corporate matters.
• Support and protect our business operations by ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
• Identify, research, and evaluate alternative risk factors pertaining to business decisions and overall company operations.
• Conduct all assignments with the utmost integrity and a high degree of responsibility.

Preferred Experience/Qualifications:

• 3+ years of legal practice or in-house experience.
• 2+ years of experience dealing with regulatory compliance issues in online marketplaces, online retail, or online payment sectors.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to legal challenges.
• Strong ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of productivity.
