Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum (pro rata)
Working Hours: 5 days in office 10:00am-4:00pm hybrid working available after training (1 day at home)

Role Summary:
As a Purchase Ledger/Accounts Assistant, your main responsibility will be to oversee the company’s expenses and manage all business purchases. You will monitor outstanding payments and ensure accuracy in financial transactions. This flexible part-time role allows you to contribute to our finance operations.
Key Duties:
- Process invoices, reconciling delivery notes with received invoices and purchase orders
- Establish new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details in the purchase ledger
- Perform monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
- Assist in preparing purchase summaries
- Process business expense returns
- Manage cashbook and petty cash cheques
- Process BACS payments and prepare cheque
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a purchase ledge role
- Availability for part-time work
- Proficiency in software packages such as Excel and XERO
