Company : This company is an online retailer with its headquarter in Singapore and it is operating worldwide. It supplies over 2000 types of dresses, shoes and jewelleries. With their steady growth in e-commerce, this company is now coming to UK and is looking to hire a CHINESE speaking Marketing Manager who will help increase brand awareness and help to support new product launches
Duties:
- Understand the digital trends of the business and conduct analysis on key issues, trends, and policies
- Develop strategies for the Marketing team in branding, social media updates, influencer, SEO, paid ads, and e-commerce operations
- Manage the brand with implementing brand positioning, brand strategy, and brand communications, in order to promote the brand
- Develop marketing strategies, planning marketing projects, and managing marketing budgets etc
- Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including e-commerce activity coordination, campaign strategy planning, and execution
- Work with teams in Singapore and report to business partners
REQUIREMENTS
- Marketing/Communication/Advertising degree
- Minimum 5 years marketing experience
- UK experience in digital marketing (required)
- E-commerce background (desirable)
- Experience in working for a start-up (desirable)
- Fluent Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) and English
- Good at developing brand strategy and marketing planning
- Able to work independently, communicate well with colleagues and work under pressure
