Excellent role for a CO-ORDINATOR who has experience of working within a PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE. The role is mainly wfh ( 3 days a week ) with 2 days in the office. In this role you will provide support PMO and its Director to include compiling various project status reports, Board papers and also be responsible for tracking the status of each projects. THE COMPANY
Hospitality, food and beverage business. The company is going through a massive digital transformation process at the moment and the project management team is busy to say the least! In this role you will support the Director of PMO to include compiling various project status reports, and also be responsible for tracking the status of each projects. You will also ensure all live project documentation is accurately stored in a library system . It’s a lovely opportunity for someone with a project management admin background.
DUTIES
- Creating and maintaining active/live project library
- Arranging monthly meetings and tracking all Projects Backlog
- Assisting and advising PMO team members on procedures
- Recording on new initiatives
- Liaising with teams across the business
- Producing project status reports KPI dashboards etc
- Collate/Produce Weekly/Fortnightly Project Status Reports
- Produce a Monthly Project Status Reports for all Strategic Projects
- Collaborate with the Risk Management Team to ensure any enterprise risks are escalated from the projects
- Adoption of relevant reporting tools and guidance on use and best practice
- Produce Board Packs
- Operational support to the Director of PM
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience of working in a Project Management Office ( PMO)
- Experience using PM and Reporting Tools (e.g., MS Project, Power BI)
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables and Graph Production)
